Sessions are generally 45-50 min in length, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

Current private pay session rates are $150 for individuals and $175 for couples.

Insurance/Third Party: I am currently accepting Cigna/Evernorth , Anthem Blue Cross, MHN/Health Net, and Magellan (Blue Shield and Sharp Health Plan) insurances.  I do not accept Medicare or Medicare advantage plans. If you have a PPO or Flex Spending plan, full or partial reimbursement for mental health care may be available. You are encouraged to call your plan to find out the exact benefits you are entitled to. I am happy to assist with the paperwork (usually providing you with a Superbill for direct reimbursement to you by your insurance) necessary for that process.

I also work with the Ollie Finkle Heart Foundation and Telus Health. If you are looking for services through either of these programs, please contact them for a direct referral to me.

Cancellation Policy: Once you make an appointment, that time is reserved for you. Please be aware that 24 business hours notice is required to cancel or change existing appointments. Please review the Consent and Contract Form for more information.

Payment: Cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA/Flex cards are accepted.

Please submit the 4 completed forms before the first appointment in order to minimize time taken from session.
