It is a privilege to serve my clients and to help them on their journeys toward meaning and personal fulfillment. It is my goal to help empower my clients to choose wellness... choose meaning... and to choose to work toward the best versions of themselves, even in the midst of fluctuating circumstances.
My clients describe me as a therapist who is easy to talk to and who challenges them. I do my best to balance listening and feedback during sessions. Although my approach is based in cognitive-behavioral methods, I strive to tailor treatment to fit the individual needs of those in my care. My clients leave sessions with tools to practice between appointments. I believe growth requires work both in and out of the therapy office.
